This Immersion will be divinely crafted for 12 beautiful beings! Together we will explore, liberate and re-awaken our highest light, knowing and presence.
We will begin with Pre-work with Julie and Andrea before the immersion. You will each receive one session with each of us and a group session 2 weeks prior to the immersion. You will receive meditations & activations before in order to deepen the in person immersion.
You will receive a consciously crafted care package that includes a journal/workbook and gifts specifically for each of you.
This Immersion is a 6.5 day, 7 nights in a luxury, restful setting that will contribute to us as we incorporate the elements from Chinese medicine, the emotions associated with each organ, movements to enhance your liberation and a deep communion with nature to assist your highest healing.
The Immersion will begin Friday evening on February 14th with dinner and a opening ceremony and close the morning of Friday February 21st with a closing circle.

**We have secured a private chef whom will craft meals that will allow our deepest embodiment and optimal health. If you have food requirements please let us know ASAP as we are building out the menu.
Each day will include:
- Morning Flow – Some type of movement which will include Kundalini Yoga & Breathwork
- Followed with an hour of instruction of that days element
- Each day we will have a small excursion to connect with the element of the day.
- We will leave 2-3 hrs each day to journal, rest, relax and BE – and have an option to purchase as an add on: massages, stretch sessions, Access Bars and more
- Each evening there will be a session of: meditation/activation/Breathwork/Sound Healing as deemed appropriate with the element of the day
Upon ending the retreat we will have a group integration call with Julie and Dr. Andrea to bring the medicine even deeper and connect everything back into your every day life which will now be able to be even greater!
You will also receive access to the Potency of YOU prior to this immersion so you can begin to peel back the layers to your energetic and emotional mastery!

About your instructors:
Dr. Andrea Greiner is a naturopathic doctor and acupuncturist by trade, she has guided thousands of clients through this deep transformational work through the meridians as a way to create total liberation in body, mind and spirit! She is thrilled to bring this level of transformation to in person events and immersions! You’ll experience her hands on mastery, activations of the meridians with sound bowls and deep sense of YOU and where you are limiting your highest possibilities.
Dr. Julie Hutsell-Starling is an acupuncturist, health coach, and Kundalini yoga teacher by training, and has spent the last 20+ years exploring the power of the mind-body connection and the power to heal ourselves. She considers herself a Way-Shower, guiding her clients and students back home to who they truly are. She has been working with private clients and acupuncture patients since 2003, and has worked with thousands of individuals over the years.
She creates and teaches embodiment workshops to allow for deep healing to happen through the body. These workshops include physical practices such as breathwork, mindful movement (Qigong and Kundalini yoga), chanting, and meditation, with music and sound healing expertly woven to create unique, deeply healing, and transformative experiences.
