Thank You. More, Please. The Philosophy Behind a Different Kind of Desire

There is a particular kind of person this work attracts.

They have built something real. The results are there, the recognition is there, and by every external measure life is good. And underneath all of it, quiet but persistent, is a knowing that there is more. More ease. More expansion. More aliveness. More of whatever it is that makes success feel like it actually means something.

And then, almost immediately, the guilt arrives.

Who am I to want more when I already have so much? Is this greed? Is this never being satisfied? Is wanting more the thing that is going to cost me what I already have?

This is the conversation that More, Please was built to interrupt.

Where the Philosophy Comes From

Thank you. More, please.

Four words. One complete philosophy.

The first half is gratitude, genuine and embodied. Not the performed gratitude of someone trying to manifest correctly, but the real recognition that what is already here is extraordinary. The life built, the impact made, the people loved, the growth achieved. All of it real. All of it worth acknowledging fully.

The second half is desire, unapologetic and honest. Not despite the gratitude but alongside it. Because the presence of more to want does not cancel the value of what already exists. It simply means the frequency is alive. The expansion is still moving. The desire is pointing somewhere worth following.

Together they form a complete orientation to life that most high performers have never been given permission to inhabit: grateful and still wanting, satisfied and still reaching, whole and still becoming.

More, Please showed up for me while I was getting much clearer in my “ask” and as things kept showing up, all I wanted to do was giggle and say, “Wow! Thank you, More Please”. It was in this that I realized how much we were stifled in asking for more as children. Well, now it is time to change this!

Why Desire Gets Such a Bad Reputation

Most high performers have a complicated relationship with wanting more. Not because they do not want it, but because they have absorbed, somewhere along the way, the idea that wanting more is a character flaw.

Greedy. Ungrateful. Never satisfied. Always reaching. These are the words that get attached to desire when desire is not understood for what it actually is.

Desire is not a personality problem; it is a frequency signal. It is the way expansion communicates that there is more available and that the system is ready for it. Suppressing desire does not make someone more grateful or more grounded—it makes them smaller, quieter, and less fully themselves.

The most alive, most generous, most genuinely impactful people this practice has worked with are not the ones who learned to want less. They are the ones who learned to follow their desire with precision and without apology.

What More Actually Means

More is not a number. This is important to understand because the rational mind will immediately try to define it as one.

More is not a revenue target, though revenue may be part of it. It is not a follower count or a title or an acquisition. It is a quality of experience that the body recognizes before the mind can name it.

  • More ease in what used to be effortful.
  • More presence in what used to be performed.
  • More genuine connection in what used to be transactional.
  • More pleasure in the ordinary moments that used to blur past unnoticed.
  • An expanded capacity to receive the life that is actually available rather than unconsciously contracting away from it.

More, in this context, is an expansion of aliveness. And aliveness is not a luxury—it is the entire point.

What More, Please Is

More, Please is a six-month group program built entirely on this philosophy.

It is for the high performer who is done shrinking their desire to fit a more comfortable story. Who is ready to follow the frequency of what they actually want, clear the subconscious limiting beliefs that have been contracting them away from it, and build the kind of results that feel as good on the inside as they look on the outside.

The work combines precision subconscious clearing, EFT tapping, Access Consciousness tools, and somatic frequency work inside a group space designed to go deep without going slow. You get bi-weekly calls, a community built for this level of conversation, and the kind of support that compounds across six months.

The journey goes deeper than individual sessions alone—expanding on the foundational shifts initialized during a Deep Frequency Reset to permanently rewrite your subconscious ceiling.

More, Please begins July 21st. The space is intentionally small.

If the words thank you, more, please landed somewhere in your body as you read them, that landing is information worth following.
