You should receive an email with these instructions as well, but read on and take the steps to be able to access our 30-day journey.
- Create a Soundwise account & download the app – The daily recordings will be housed in Soundwise, an app that allows you to listen both on and offline. Follow this link, and log in if you already have a Soundwise account, or create an account if you do not. This should give you access to The Frequency of You. We recommend that you download the app on a phone or tablet (supported on both Android & Apple), but you may also access Soundwise on a browser.
- Gain access to the Master Form within Soundwise – Going to this link and logging in with the username and password you created above will add the Master Form to your Soundwise account.
- Join the Facebook group – If you’re on Facebook, please request to join The Frequency Of You Facebook group. You can do so here.
- Check your email – Make sure you received the order confirmation & instruction email. If you did not, please reach out to let us know.
